The 30/60/90 New Hire Onboarding Plan was created for successfully onboarding any new sales-related employee within your organization. The document and plan highlight key areas of focus to ensure retention and quick ramp-up timelines.

First 30 Days / 60 Days / 90 Days:
- This section is set up to be customized to your industry and/or company standards. You’ll establish a communications cadence with 30-day reviews to measure and gain feedback from the new hire on comfort and completion. New hire(s) can own this document, like a reporting card/metrics/task.
